Arrange Menu, Submenu "Order"

Bring to Front

Positions the selected object to the very front of the same layer.

Send to Back

Positions the selected object to the very back of the same layer.

To Front one Step

Moves the selected object one position ahead in the same layer.

To Back one Step

Moves the selected object one position back in the same layer.

Notify that the order of the objects is also influenced by the order of the layers.
